Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Draftsman/women role based in Navi Mumbai. The Autocad Designer will create and update detailed 2D drawings for machinery, equipment layouts, and components, following engineering specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing assembly and fabrication drawings, revising plans based on feedback from engineers and production teams, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all design documents. The role involves coordinating with project and manufacturing teams to understand requirements, optimizing designs for practical manufacturing and installation, and maintaining organized drawing records and documentation. The Autocad Designer will support continuous improvement initiatives by refining designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Autocad and related CAD tools, with the ability to produce clear and accurate mechanical or industrial equipment drawings.
- Ability to create and interpret technical Drawing documentation, including assembly, fabrication, and layout drawings, in line with engineering standards.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with engineers, production teams, and management, and to clearly present design concepts and revisions.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in machinery or manufacturing environments; exposure to recycling or process equipment design is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and capability to meet project deadlines.
- Basic understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and safety considerations in industrial equipment design.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
