Job Overview
Zaoq is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter to provide exceptional dining experiences and ensure high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
The role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and assist guests with menu selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and prepared before and after service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Prepare and present bills and assist with payment processing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area in accordance with company standards.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety regulations, and grooming standards.
- Support overall restaurant operations and perform additional duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience & Knowledge
- 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, café, hotel, or QSR preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
