The Retail Trainer is responsible for enhancing the skills and performance of retail store teams by delivering training on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, visual merchandising, and store operations. The role aims to improve employee productivity, customer experience, and overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and ongoing training for store employees.
- Deliver training on apparel products, fabrics, styling, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Train teams on visual merchandising standards and store SOPs.
- Coach employees to improve sales conversion, UPT, and ATV.
- Assess training needs through store visits and performance reviews.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support new store openings and product launches with training programs.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and HR to drive employee development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Retail, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail training, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
