Your Role:
We have a dedicated lead generation team that finds interested business owners and books meetings with them. That’s where YOU come in! Your mission is to jump on a Google Meet or phone call with these warm leads, walk them through our packages, confidently handle any of their doubts, and successfully seal the deal. You are the final, most crucial step in driving our growth.
The 3-Month Journey:
Just a quick, transparent heads-up before we dive in: this 3-month Internship is a 100% experience-and-learning exchange. Your bank account won’t see any incoming deposits during our time together, but your communication skills, closing abilities, and resume absolutely will!
- Month 1 (The Warm-Up): Listen in on live calls, learn the ropes, and start taking 3 practice or live calls a day. Your goal? Secure your first small win of the week!
- Month 2 (The Challenger): Take full control. Learn the psychology of handling objections (like "I'll think about it tomorrow") and aim to secure 3 wins per week.
- Month 3 (The Master): You are now a confident closer! Take 5 to 7 calls daily and secure 5 wins a week, including our premium-tier packages.

How We Measure Success:
You’ll send a quick, simple daily report every evening via WhatsApp or Email. We evaluate you on three simple things: the number of deals you successfully close, the confidence and authority in your voice, and your follow-through (if a client asks for a callback at 2 PM, you call exactly at 2 PM).
We do not care about rejections. We don't mind if ten people say "No," as long as you keep pushing until you get a "Yes!"
