Job Overview
Baseline is looking for a Sr. Site Execution Engineer (Civil) with 8–10 years of experience in industrial construction projects. The role is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil works at the project site while ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of RCC, structural steel, foundations, masonry, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams for smooth site execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Plan and monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements for uninterrupted site activities.
- Verify work measurements and support contractor billing and quantity reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, construction specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with the planning, procurement, and design teams to resolve site-related challenges.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Support testing, inspection, snagging, and final project handover activities.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil site execution for industrial projects.
- Strong experience in RCC works, structural steel works, foundations, concrete works, and finishing activities.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and project execution.
- Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices and statutory requirements.
- Good leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in steel plants, manufacturing facilities, or other industrial construction projects will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work at the Sandur, Karnataka project site.
