Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Bengali veg & non-veg dishes (macher jhol, kosha mangsho, ilish, etc.)
- Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Manage stock and reduce wastage
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of traditional Bengali recipes and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team handling experience preferred
