Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. Identify and acquire new clients across manufacturing, trading, retail, and service sectors. Conduct discovery calls, business requirement discussions, and product demos. Understand operational pain points and position ERP as a business solution. Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and drive closures. Work directly with leadership on sales strategy, pricing, and market expansion. Create and establish sales processes, reporting systems, and CRM discipline. Develop scalable sales playbooks and frameworks for future team growth. Hire, train, and lead the sales team after achieving initial business milestones.
What We Are Looking For
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software. Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals independently. Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling. Prior experience selling ERP solutions like Odoo S.A., Zoho Corporation, Tally Solutions, ERPNext, or similar business software is highly preferred. Strong understanding of client workflows, operations, and process optimization. Ability to work in ambiguity and create structure from scratch. Strong ownership mindset and accountability for revenue. Experience in mentoring or managing sales teams is a plus.

- Hire and train SDRs/BDRs.
- Build the sales structure and performance framework.
