Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and generating measurable business growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve performance based on KPIs.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and A/B tests.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns for Shopify, WooCommerce, and other online stores.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution.
- Experience managing eCommerce advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
