Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, engaging channel partners, and driving sales for residential and commercial projects. The role involves cold calling, client handling, site visit coordination, and end-to-end sales follow-ups to ensure deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to channel partners to generate leads and build strong business relationships
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for under-construction and completed residential and commercial projects
- Present and explain project details, including pricing, location advantages, amenities, and investment potential to clients and channel partners
- Handle client queries and provide accurate, timely information to build trust and interest
- Follow up consistently with prospects and channel partners to move them through the sales funnel
- Assist clients in the decision-making process and ensure smooth closure of deals
- Maintain a database of leads, channel partners, and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and project updates
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role preferred
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred
Performance Metrics:
- Number of calls made and leads generated
- Site visits scheduled and conducted
- Conversion rate from lead to closure
- Revenue generated from sales
Work Environment:
- Field and office-based role
- Frequent client meetings and site visits required
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
