Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive – ESSCO Brand is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory. The role involves market development, channel management, product promotion, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while representing the ESSCO brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors, builders, architects, and project customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the ESSCO dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and competitor activities.
- Promote ESSCO products through product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper product display and branding at dealer outlets.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.
- Monitor stock availability at dealer locations and recommend replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Prepare daily call reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/reporting systems.
- Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns initiated by the company.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–7 years of sales experience in sanitary ware, bath fittings, building materials, plumbing products, or related industries.
- Experience in channel sales and dealer management is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
