Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer grievances professionally and empathetically.
- Resolve complaints within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Maintain grievance records and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi is mandatory for at least one position.
- Prior experience in customer service, grievance handling, or client relationship management is preferred.
