We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Executive to ensure that our handicraft and home furnishing products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-line, final random inspections and initial production checks.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards as per buyer specifications.
- Check workmanship, finishing, dimensions, packing, and overall appearance.
- Identify defects and ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
- Maintain inspection reports and data accurately.
- Work closely with production, sampling, and merchandising teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and company standards.
- Support in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Requirements Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a Quality Executive role in the Handicraft & Home Furnishing industry.
Technical Knowledge
- Good knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with materials such as:
- Wood
- Metal
- Ceramic
- Glass
- Textiles
- Rattan
- Jute
Additional Requirement
- Candidate should be willing and able to travel across different cities as required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
