Job Title: CNC Operator
Qualification: ITI/ DME/ Production Engineering or equivalent
No. of Openings: 2
Experience: 0 to 5 Yrs
Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up & Operation: Prepare machinery for production, including mounting tools, loading raw materials, and running CNC programs.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor machines while they run to ensure optimal performance, detecting and correcting errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy using precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometer) to ensure they meet, blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure functionality, including replacing worn tools.
- Programming Adjustments: Set or adjust offsets and make minor changes to the machine code as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
