Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their service journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Guide clients through trademark registration and business compliance processes.
- Provide timely updates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Support business growth through excellent relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer service or client relationship experience preferred.
- Knowledge of trademark, legal, compliance, or business consulting services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
