We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Mutual Fund Operations to oversee investor onboarding, transaction lifecycles, and RTA coordination. You will ensure seamless KYC processing, monitor daily SIP executions, and proactively resolve transaction/banking failures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & KYC: Manage end-to-end KYC uploads, account activations, and re-KYC modification workflows in compliance with regulatory norms.
- RTA Coordination: Liaise directly with CAMS and KFintech to resolve discrepancies, clear account opening blocks, and track pending folios.
- SIP & Transaction Monitoring: Monitor daily/monthly SIP cycles, track failed transactions, and ensure accurate NAV unit allotment.
- Banking & Rejection Resolution: Identify and resolve bank rejections (e.g., insufficient funds, mandate failures) and specialized "Bonus SIP" flags.
- Customer Support: Coordinate directly with investors to fix mandate errors, guide them through re-attempts, and resolve payment grievances.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
