Role Overview
The Sales & Telecalling Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, following up on leads, scheduling consultations, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the business development process.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, professionalism, and a persuasive personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Explain company services professionally
- Schedule client meetings and consultations
- Maintain lead database and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal sales/design team
- Reconnect with dormant leads
- Share project details and company profile with prospects
- Track conversion progress
- Support client relationship management

- Strong Hindi & English speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling / sales / customer support
- Real estate / interior design / architecture industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
