1) Getting Prices from Vendors for the Requirement of Trims as per Indent Received.
2) Checking the Quality of the Raw Materials received from the Suppliers.
3) Price Negotiation with Vendors.
4) Making Purchase Orders – Ms-Excel.
5) Making Challans for all the Dispatch Materials to Production factory as per the Requirement of the order and qty.
6) Checking of the Stock at Factory as per the order and dispatches and consumption of the Trims as per the order Requirements.
7) Making Weekly and Monthly reports of Purchases.
8) Checking all the artworks Received from the Vendors as per the Requirements and getting approval from the Sr. Merchandiser for the further process.
9) Visiting vendor for the raw materials, sourcing in market for the raw materials as per requirements.
10) Visiting factory to check the physical stock.
11) Co-ordination with factory for all the raw materials receipt and checking as per requirements.
12) Following with the Sr. Merchandiser, on receipt of the new order.
13) Making all the documents on Ms-Excel for the purchasing of the trims and are requirement of the order.
14) Making sample as per buyer and order requirement.
15) Once sample is approved from the buyer, making the Job order for the factory with all the details.
16) Following the Purchase Merchandiser for the requirement of raw material and checking the materials are delivery to factory before production is started.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
