Helpline Groups is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and operations teams
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completion
- Provide accurate information about company services and processes
Requirements
- Fresher are welcome
- Fluency in English Added Advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
