Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced construction professional to manage interior and fit-out projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects with high quality, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, design coordination, and resource management.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and project designs for feasibility and accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained on-site.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Oversee procurement, material management, and labor billing.
- Conduct snag identification and closure before handover to the client.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, finishing, and construction processes.
- Proficient in project management software and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Client handling and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to commercial offices, co-working spaces, residential buildings, data centers, or hospitality projects.
- Experience in MEP coordination and managing fast-track projects.
