Job Description Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) SAP Support

Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our IT team and support SAP applications for our textile manufacturing business. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in SAP support, business process understanding, issue resolution and various project implementation across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to business users for SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues related to production planning, inventory management, sales & distribution and quality management.
- Support SAP master data activities, including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version and Quality Master Data.
- Coordinate with business users to understand issues, document requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in SAP configuration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment of system enhancements.
- Monitor SAP support tickets and ensure timely closure as per agreed service levels.
- Prepare process documentation, user manuals and training materials.
- Support SAP integration with manufacturing shop-floor systems and other business applications.
- Learn and understand end-to-end textile manufacturing processes, including Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Quality Control and Sales Order Fulfilment.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related disciplines.
- 2025/2026 graduates with a strong academic record.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and manufacturing business processes.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD, or QM modules will be an added advantage.
