Job Description:
Dr. Muthus Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Assistant to support our billing and insurance coordination team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient insurance processes, coordinating with TPAs and insurance companies, and ensuring smooth claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance claims
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals and queries
- Prepare and submit insurance documents accurately and on time
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage
- Follow up on pending claims and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain insurance records and documentation
- Coordinate with billing, front office, and clinical departments
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 0 - 1 years of experience in hospital insurance
- Knowledge of cashless and reimbursement claim processes
- Familiarity with insurance portals and documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing systems
