Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate post-purchase customer support and order follow-ups.
- Manage document collection, verification, and submission processes.
- Liaise with customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Track order status and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Email communication (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Order Processing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
