- 1 to 2 Year experience in Human Resource
- Supports the human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants; Role Requirements:
- Ability to take initiative, employ good judgement and manage projects from beginning till end
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Exceptional ability to manage details
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
- Work effectively both independently and as a part of the team
- Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS –Office
- A Bachelor’s(required)or Master's Degree(preferred) (or currently enrolled student) in any discipline
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to accept challenges and thrive in a startup environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Candidates must be living in Pune or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening potential candidates from various channels - Social media & professional platforms
- Design & post job Ads to attract suitable candidates
- Handle end to end recruitment
- Hands-on experience of working on Excel & PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
