We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their educational needs, guiding them in selecting the right course, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain admission procedures and assist students throughout the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in admissions, education counseling, telesales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,312.71 - ₹35,000.00 per month
