1. Learn and understand client requirement from sales engineer/production manager
2. Development of ladder logic flow diagram/state diagram prior to software development
3. Design, develop, code and test and debug ladder logic developed for project
4. Be able to properly maintain and improve various software made for customers
5. Visit project installation sites and debug system on site
6. Provide training to customers on site and also be available for remote support of service team if required
7. Should have sound knowledge of electrical wiring connections between components and should work independently to test hardware with PLC during debugging and testing phase
8. Should be able to use High speed counter, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet cards on PLC
9. Should be able to work with Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs.
10. Should be able to integrate software with elements like flowmeters, pressure sensors, vacuum transmitters, valves, level transmitters, analog sensors, barcode scanner, printer etc
11. Maintain good documentation of activities like testing, debugging etc.
12. Should be able to work independently
13. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
14. Should have knowledge of ISO 9001 and should coordinate with quality team for inprocess verification reports. Should maintain data and program sets of all customers with proper foldering
15. Must have a valid passport for foreign deputation purposes
16. Must have his own vehicle to commute within Pune
