About VAADA
VAADA is a growing brand specializing in premium 999 pure silver coins, silver jewellery. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Vendor Procurement & Sourcing Executive who can identify reliable manufacturers and suppliers, negotiate the best commercial terms, and build long-term vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and manufacturers.
- Source vendors for jewellery, silver products, packaging materials, and other business requirements.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Verify vendor credentials, certifications, product quality, and production capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare vendor comparison reports, procurement documentation, and purchase recommendations.
- Visit vendor locations, factories, exhibitions, and trade fairs whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vendor sourcing and procurement processes.
- Ability to compare quotations and perform cost analysis.
- Good understanding of supplier management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor development, or sourcing.
- Experience in jewellery, FMCG, cosmetics, packaging, manufacturing, or e-commerce sourcing will be preferred.
