We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer – Electrical with 5+
years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive
maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of industrial equipment and
electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
● Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of
electrical equipment and machinery.
● Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, MCC panels, PCC panels,
control panels, transformers, DG sets, VFDs, PLCs, and other industrial
electrical systems.
● Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize
machine downtime.
● Attend electrical breakdowns and restore equipment safely and quickly.
● Maintain electrical panels, motors, cables, sensors, contactors, relays,
breakers, and control circuits.
● Monitor electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power factor,
and load.
● Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance
activities.
● Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts,
and maintenance history.
● Identify recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive
actions.
● Ensure proper maintenance of electrical safety systems and compliance
with safety procedures.
● Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance and
installation activities.
● Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of
electrical equipment.
● Maintain adequate inventory of electrical spare parts and consumables.
● Follow 5S, safety, TPM, and other maintenance practices .
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
