Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Develop detailed daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules based on sales orders, capacity limits, and expected lead times.
- Material & Inventory Management: Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM), monitor raw material stock, prevent stockouts, and raise purchase requisitions.
- Resource Optimization: Balance workloads across different workstations and schedule labor to meet changing production demands.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Monitor work in progress (WIP) and quickly adjust schedules or troubleshoot to fix bottlenecks and equipment breakdowns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow from raw material to finished goods dispatch.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced MS Excel, and project tracking tools like MS Project.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Just-In-Time (JIT) processes.
- Soft Skills: High analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong foresight, and the capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
