Job Description -
- A leasing manager is an employee of a company who is responsible for overseeing all lessees of the company’s leases.
- A leasing manager evaluates new and existing leases, prepares lease documents, and oversees their ongoing maintenance.
- A leasing manager also monitors the financial condition of lessees and their compliance with the terms of the lease agreement.
- A leasing manager also oversees lease renewals, and handles disputes between lessees and lessors.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
