Position: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll support.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
