We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6–10 years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
- Languages: Must be able to speak English, Hindi, and Kannada
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and facility-related tasks.
- Maintain front office appearance and ensure smooth daily operations.
