RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATION
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage a multi-line phone system, answer and redirect calls, and take accurate messages promptly and professionally.
Oversee general office operations, including monitoring and ordering office supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, and coordinating with maintenance staffs
Coordinating and supervising the office support staffs in managing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring a productive work environment
Manage meeting room bookings and office calendars, and organize catering or travel arrangements for staffs or visitors as needed.
Others Duties
Any other work as instructed by the Directors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
