· Manage interface with Sales and Layout teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
· Ensure smooth technical handover of projects to relevant downstream teams.
5. Site Support & Validation
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with design intent, civil readiness, tolerance checks and erection feasibility.
- Periodically visit sites to ensure installation meets design intent (alignment, tolerances, safety clearances).
- Document field issues, root causes, and improvement points.
- Oversee prototype design, internal testing, load trials, endurance testing, and validation before product release.
6. Service & Customer Complaint Support
· Lead RCA and drive closure of design actions within SLA.
