Job Title: HR Executive
Industry: Automobile Dealership

Experience: 3–5 Years (Automobile / Dealership Experience only)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, technicians, CRM, and back-office roles
- Coordinate walk-ins and interview scheduling
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction process
- Maintain manpower planning and vacancy tracking
- Monitor biometric attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
- Maintain discipline and positive work culture across showroom and service center
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishment regulations
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation
- Coordinate with consultants for audits and inspections
- Track employee performance and probation confirmations
- Assist in training and development initiatives
- Maintain employee database and HR documentation
- Handle confirmation letters, increment letters, and other HR communications
- Support employee engagement activities
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of HR experience (Automobile dealership experience only)
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)
- Experience handling blue-collar and sales workforce
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
