Darotech Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, CRM Solutions, and Business Technology Services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance) or M.Com will be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance.
