Hiring: Civil Engineer – Project Execution (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with around 5 years of hands-on site execution experience to independently manage construction projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site management capabilities, and ownership of project delivery within quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Certifications in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields will be an added advantage
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution
- Execute RCC works including footings, columns, beams, and slabs
- Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities
- Monitor plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and other finishing works
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and drawings
Drawing Review & Coordination
- Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
- Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies at site
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, and contractors
Quantity Surveying & Billing
- Prepare and verify BOQs
- Handle contractor billing and RA bills
- Perform material reconciliation and consumption tracking
Planning & Project Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly execution schedules
- Track project progress and ensure milestone achievement
- Coordinate resources for timely project completion
Quality & Safety Management
- Conduct quality checks and monitor workmanship
- Knowledge of concrete testing methods such as slump test and cube test
- Ensure compliance with IS standards, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
Site Management Responsibilities
- Manage labour teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Conduct daily work planning and progress reviews
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve site challenges proactively and maintain workflow continuity
Commercial & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs and material utilization
- Support rate analysis and cost optimization initiatives
- Minimize wastage while maintaining quality standards
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- Microsoft Project / Primavera (Preferred)
- Basic ERP knowledge (Preferred)
