ROLE OVERVIEW
The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality at vendor facilities through inline inspections, pre-dispatch inspections (PDI), and supplier audits. This role will work closely with vendors to identify quality issues, maintain quality records, and support continuous quality improvement across the supply chain.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Conduct regular inline quality audits at vendor factories during production.

Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) to ensure products meet SAADAA quality standards before shipment.

Prepare detailed PDI reports with inspection findings, observations, and corrective action recommendations.

Maintain accurate inspection records, audit reports, and quality documentation.

Conduct supplier facility audits to evaluate manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

Assess vendor capabilities, process controls, and quality management practices.

Identify quality gaps and work with vendors on improvement plans.

Investigate supplier-related quality issues and customer complaints.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure issue closure.

Coordinate with Production, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams to improve vendor quality performance.

Support vendor quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to SAADAA quality standards.
WHO YOU ARE
-
Graduate or Diploma holder in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, Quality, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in garment quality, production, or manufacturing. Freshers with relevant education are also encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of garment manufacturing and quality inspection processes.

Good observation skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using MS Excel and preparing reports.

Willingness to travel to vendor locations when required.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
