Sales & Inventory Analysis
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports.
- Build dashboards to track key business metrics and product performance.
- Analyze bestselling products, slow-moving inventory, and stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment requirements.
- Generate reports that support buying, production, and business decisions.
Merchandise Planning
- Track product performance and identify replenishment opportunities.
- Ensure bestselling products remain adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely product launches.
- Assist founders with data-driven recommendations for inventory planning.
Supplier Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between Pinklay and suppliers.
- Follow up on production timelines and ensure orders are progressing as planned.
- Coordinate sampling, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners.
- Resolve production-related issues through proactive communication.
Quality & Production Monitoring
- Coordinate quality checks during production and before dispatch.
- Ensure products meet Pinklay's quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
- Monitor production progress and communicate delays or risks to stakeholders.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate and closely work with Founders
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and suppliers.
- Support operational planning to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and supplier coordination.
- Create standardized reports and dashboards for better visibility.
- Recommend operational improvements based on sales and inventory insights.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Product Coordination and Category Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, charts, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
