About the Role
- As an Associate Implementation Lead Manager at Uber for Business, you will own the implementation process for the India market. Your team will work closely with Account Executives and clients to customize and drive implementation strategies for our Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts across India. They will execute the strategy from launch through the initial 90 days post-sale, with the goal of maximizing end-user adoption and usage.
- The team's product expertise makes them uniquely qualified to consult with customers, provide recommendations, and create a partnership experience focused on mutually beneficial initiatives that drive expansion. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure we are maximizing revenue opportunities for both new and existing customers.
- This is a hybrid role based in India. The successful candidate may be based in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru, and will be expected to collaborate in person from the assigned Uber office 3 days per week. We encourage employees to work from the office on additional days if they wish to do so.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Implementation Leads supporting Uber for Business customers across India.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage launch expectations and track adoption and usage through the early customer lifecycle, specifically the first 90 days post-sale.
- Map the implementation process, identifying roadblocks and solutions to meet the needs of different Indian markets, customer segments, and account types.
- Create Salesforce reports to manage the implementation pipeline and provide insight metrics on how to drive performance.
- Develop and maintain playbooks and performance trackers to support team performance, consistency, and scalability.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, Sales Operations, and Regional Operations to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Create and localize client-facing materials such as presentation decks, launch announcements, enablement materials, and adoption-driving communications for the India market.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B experience, with at least 2 years as a people manager of customer-facing teams, such as Customer Experience, Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Experience managing implementation, onboarding, customer adoption, or post-sale activation processes for enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Proficient in pipeline management, sales techniques, objection handling, and prioritization.
- Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to refine customer engagement, adoption, or sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven track record of operational and sales excellence, including developing strategies to expand accounts and implementing them effectively.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, navigate ambiguity, and bring a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading implementation, onboarding, or post-sale activation for Enterprise or Mid-Market customers, preferably in a high-growth, multi-stakeholder B2B environment.
- Strong track record of partnering with Sales / Account Executives to manage handoffs, align launch expectations, and drive adoption through the first 90 days post-sale.
- Excellent operational and analytical skills, including experience using Salesforce, dashboards, and performance reporting to manage pipeline and improve team execution.
- Ability to build scalable playbooks, localize client-facing materials, and collaborate effectively across Product, Operations, Support, and other cross-functional teams in India.
