Role Summary
We are hiring a senior engineer to own backend and AI
systems end-to-end, with a strong focus on FastAPI-based
architectures and production AI systems.
This role is about building real-time systems that work
reliably in production — not prototypes.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance backend systems
using FastAPI
- Develop and deploy AI-powered services (LLMs,
embeddings, inference pipelines)
- Build real-time systems (low latency APIs, streaming,
async processing)

- Build and maintain robust production infrastructure
- Handle failures, debug production issues, and ensure
system stability
Must-Have Skills
- Strong backend development using Python (FastAPI is
mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with:
◦ AI/ML systems in production (LLMs, vector
search, inference APIs)
◦ Model integration & optimization

- Experience building real-time systems (sub-second
response systems)
- Strong database experience:
◦ PostgreSQL / NoSQL
◦ Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)

◦ Kafka / Redis / queues
•
◦ AWS / GCP / Azure
◦ Docker, Kubernetes
•
- CI/CD and deployment pipelines
Good to Have (Plus, Not Mandatory)
- Node.js or other backend frameworks

◦ Speech / video / streaming systems
◦ GPU optimization / model serving infra
- Frontend awareness (not required, but helpful)
