Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients over calls, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior telesales, tele calling, or inside sales experience is preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates based in Pune will be preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
