Tirtha Agency is hiring Tele Caller Executives for our growing team. We are looking for energetic and confident candidates who have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining company services, and generating leads for the company.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients
- Explain company services professionally
- Generate leads and customer follow-ups
- Maintain daily call records and reports
- Coordinate with the team for customer support
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have own Laptop and Smartphone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Tele calling or customer support experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Odia communication is an advantage
Salary
₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month
