We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior design and architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
1. Site Execution
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress and ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate multiple ongoing activities at the site.
2. Quality Control
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Verify dimensions before execution.
- Ensure materials used match approved specifications.
- Report defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Schedule and monitor labour and contractor activities.
- Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders.
4. Material Management
- Verify materials received at site.
- Maintain material consumption records.
- Prevent material wastage.
- Coordinate timely procurement of required materials.
5. Documentation
- Maintain Daily Site Progress Reports (DPR).
- Record labour attendance.
- Maintain measurement sheets.
- Prepare snag lists and closure reports.
- Share daily updates with the office through photos and reports.
6. Client Coordination
- Attend client meetings whenever required.
- Explain site progress.
- Address client observations professionally.
- Ensure client instructions are communicated to the design team.
7. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.

- Freshers with good technical knowledge may apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or architectural site supervision is preferred.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
