Job Description (JD) – Digital Marketing Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Generate leads through digital channels and track conversion metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
