About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant to support the Sandes platform. In this role, you will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage documentation and content, support branding efforts, conduct user acceptance testing, and prepare reports that drive continuous improvement of Sandes.
What You'll Do
- Understand and document requirements and the Sandes product roadmap
- Detect issues across platform components, investigate root causes, and recommend or implement solutions
- Analyze usage statistics and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Compile and present information clearly — orally, visually, and in writing
- Engage with a diverse user base to identify practical solutions to problems
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Sandes policies
- Prepare user manuals, technical documentation, brochures, and presentations
- Coordinate and help organize workshops and training sessions
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with documentation, technical writing, or content management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear reports and insights
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort engaging directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) is a plus
Nice to Have
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
