Role Overview
We are looking for passionate pastry professionals to join our Brownie & Pastry Department. Deliver high-quality brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining Theobroma’s signature taste and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee production of brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Support or supervise junior chefs (CDP supervises, DCDP assists)
Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs
Monitor stock, manage ingredients, and minimize wastage
Requirements
Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Pastry or Hotel Management
1–3 years experience in bakery/pastry production
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
Teamwork, attention to detail, and passion for quality
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
