We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead multiple restaurant outlets in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant sales, operations, team management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple restaurant outlets.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Ensure SOPs, food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards are followed.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and store teams.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve business.
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and inventory control.
- Improve customer satisfaction and online ratings.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions and campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, café, or food retail operations.
- Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, sales, and team management.
- Ability to travel within Hyderabad.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and POS/reporting systems.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
