Responsibilities:
Accounts & Order Booking:
- Process sales orders, invoices, E-way bills, and dispatches.
- Enter expense bills and assist in GST return preparation & compliance.
- Approve vendor payment requests and maintain the stock register.
- Coordinate with management for branch-level issue resolution.
Administrative Work:
- Submit payment advices and follow up on debtor recovery.
- Handle bank document submissions & MIS reports.
- Supervise staff attendance & expense control measures.
Requirements:
✅ Experience: 3-5 years in Accounts & Admin.
✅ Excel proficiency (Tally not required; Spectrum software training provided).
✅ Language: Spoken English & Hindi.
✅ Location: Apply only if comfortable with the commute.
✅ CA dropouts (Inter/Final) are welcome.
✅ Willingness to learn & commit long-term.
