We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our team in T. Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle insurance policy sales and customer support
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage details to clients
- Assist customers with policy renewals and documentation
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams
- Process policy applications and claims support
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
