- Manage the process new machinery, plant and equipment installation in collaboration with all relevant parties
- Manage the team to ensure Critical and Plant machine availability, reactively managing functional machinery with the Shift management
- Reconditioning and Retrofitting of Obsolete System and Spares of Existing Machines
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities,
- Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals and responsible for Procurement of Critical Spares and Plant Equipment’s
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems & Focus and Implement on Resource (Air &Water)
- People management and managing the team on technical best practice, Mentoring and leading the department. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems & Focus and Implement on Machines
Pay: ₹10,478.28 - ₹45,778.90 per month
